The Comedic Spoon Dance is for an English sailor and his lass, covered with wooden spoons. It was inspired by Gregorio Lambranzi's book, The New and Curious School of Theatrical Dancing from 1716. This piece was developed at the New York Baroque Dance Company's Workshop at the Jarvis Conservatory in Napa, California. |
